All designs created by Tucker Production remain our intellectual property. We retain full ownership and may modify, reproduce, and sell the design independently.
Tucker Production reserves the right to reuse, adapt, and sell any design we create, including designs originally commissioned by customers. No exclusivity is implied unless a separate agreement is made.
